Two Types Of Email Hosting Services

Greg Black | October 31, 2009

You can find two major types of email hosting over the net. One is the email hosting services that are free of charge while the other one comes with a fee. Anyone has all the right to choose any of the two but it should be able to meet the needs for the greater benefit of its intended purpose.

If a person would only like to have a personal email for regular communication purposes or registering to social networking sites, then it would be beneficial to just get a free email hosting service. Since this is just going to be used for personal purposes then it would be okay not to shed some amount just to get the service.

For business, it would be better if you will obtain a paid email host to start an account. This type of email host has a lot of benefits that will be a very good investment for your business even if you will be able to save money by getting free email host.

Security is the primary advantage of getting the paid service. Since they come with a cost, you can be sure that your security is the top most priority of its developers. This is very useful in protecting you from viruses and other potential online threats that may invade your system. They also come with some anti spam components so that you won’t be troubled in dealing with spams in your inbox folder.

Your second benefit is the bigger inbox that a paid email host will give you. In this way, you will be able to store a lot of your clients’ email for documentation and of course keep it as your back up copy.

Paid email hosting will free you from excessive advertisements. In this way, you will feel less hassled in logging in as you need not wait for the ads to load. Most of the time, these are the ones that are giving you a hard time logging in.

And lastly, you can have a more professional look and impact since you can personalize your business mail by applying your business name in the email address itself. Surely, your potential clients would see you are more believable and would leave them an amazing impression that you are no scammer.

Searching online will give you a number of affordable email host providers. Since business will bring you income in the future, it is very essential to invest on it so you will have the chance in being on top of the business world with its features.

Is MonaVie A Potential Arthritis Remedy?

Markis Grisham |

MonaVie is a delicious liquid blend of the essential nutrients in berries and fruits. The acai berry is the featured ingredient, coming from the Brazil, and is one of nature’s true super foods. That and the other 18 fruits and berries can contribute to the Mona Vie arthritis remedy.

The potential arthritis remedy, called Mona Vie Active, delivers very critical anti-oxidants and phytonutrients which are powerful fighters of free radicals and are essential to the overall health of the body. Since free radicals cause many different problems with the joints in the body, a solution to eliminate those nasty critters from multiplying is wonderful.

As the antioxidants and phytonutrients are absorbed by the body, the free radicals become neutralized. Once the free radicals are reduced, the flexibility and mobility of the joints becomes much greater. The nutrient glucosamine that is in the remedy produces glycoproteins. Glycoproteins are critical to healthy cartilage in the joints, and of course the surrounding connective tissue, and are largely responsible for the increase in flexibility.

The arthritis remedycan have huge benefits in enhancing a sufferer’s range of motion. The dramatic effects of “lubricating” the joints with the Active formula can create a substantial difference in the way you live. There is real evidence that because you will be receiving the necessary food your body craves, you will have a much healthier lifestyle.

There has been significant research done regarding this arthritis remedy, and what it can do for you. The science behind it relates to the tremendous ability of the super fruits to solve the free radical problem. The acai berry is the kingpin of these fruits. It contains a powerful family of antioxidants called anthocyanins, which taken in the drinks’ concentrated form, dramatically neutralizes dangerous free radicals and what they can do to your body. Drinking 2-4 ounces of the product enables you to get those antioxidants and phytonutrients that are in our most nutritious fruits.

The most important nutritional elements that are contained in the super fruits and used in the probable arthritis remedy, are retained in their entirety by a freeze drying process. This very exclusive scenario is critical to maintain the ORAC score ( a measure to determine antioxidant power) of the fruits, especially the acai berry. This score, tested on a gram for gram basis, is greater than other fruit or vegetable powder.

Additional miscellaneous facts that are most likely available in the Active cocktail are increased vitality and healthier joints. People who use the product on a regular basis concur that this is true. Another study performed over a 12 week period showed that everyday users of the Active formula had much better range of motion in their knees and lumbar area. They also mentioned that their physical discomfort had lessened.

The benefits that occur by using the very feasible MonaVie Active arthritis remedy, are numerous. From the massive antioxidant delivery of the super fruits comes a much better and healthier lifestyle, largely because of the diminishing effect of the free radicals and their destructive action to our cellular function. Since the free radicals are no longer as capable of hurting our health, we can actually slow down the aging process by filling our bodies with the proper nutrition.

If you are wondering about a potential arthritis remedy, check out Markis Grisham’s site for an excellent perspective. To get a MonaVie artritis remedy, visit his site for help.

Computer Retraining Examined

Jason Kendall |

It’s really great that you’re reading this article! A small number of workers say they enjoy their work, but a huge number simply moan about it and that’s it. As you’ve reached this page we can guess that you’ve a personal interest in re-training, which means you’re already ahead of the pack. The next step is to discover where you want to go and get going.

We suggest that you discuss your ideas first – talk to someone who’s familiar with your chosen field; an advisor who can get to the bottom of what you’ll like in a job, and offer only the learning programs which will get you there:

* Do you hope for interaction with others? If so, do you like working with the same people or are you more comfortable dealing with strangers? Alternatively, do you like to deal with your responsibilities alone?

* Building and Banking are not coping well at the moment, so think carefully about the sector that would suit you best?

* How long a career do you hope to have once retrained, and will the market sector offer you that opportunity?

* Do you have the assurance that the training program you’ve chosen is commercially viable, and will provide the facility to work right up to the time you want to stop?

We ask you to have a good look at Information Technology – there are a larger number of jobs than people to do them, and it’s a rare career choice where the industry is on the grow. Despite what some people believe, IT isn’t all techie people gazing at their computer screens the whole day (though naturally some jobs are like that.) The vast majority of roles are occupied by ordinary people who want to earn a very good living.

Many certification companies are still maintaining the slightly musty old method of in-centre classes. Usually touted as a major benefit, after discussion with someone who has first-hand experience, you’ll find them listing some or all of the following problems:

* Loads of driving back and forth from the training centre – normally 100’s of miles.

* Asking for frequent time off work – many training providers will only provide availability during weekdays – typically grouping 2 or 3 days together. This is generally difficult for those of us who work for a living, and it’s made more problematic if you include the travel time on top.

* And let’s not overlook lost vacation time. Most of us have 4 weeks annual leave. If at least half is sacrificed to learning, then it doesn’t leave much for us and our families.

* Training events fill up fast and can be very crammed in.

* Some trainees lean towards a pace that is different to the other class members. Often this can bring about tension in the class.

* Let’s not disregard the added expense of driving or bed and breakfast for the night either. This may well run to many hundreds of pounds more – sometimes thousands. Take some time to add it all up – it’ll shock and surprise you.

* You should never risk the chance of letting yourself be overlooked for a lift up the ladder or pay-rises because you’re getting trained in a different area.

* It’s really not that uncommon for students to hide the fact that they want to raise a question – purely because they’re with their peers.

* If you on occasion work elsewhere in the country for several days at a time, imagine the increased difficulty in reaching the necessary events, when time is at a premium.

Doesn’t it make a lot more sense to learn when it’s convenient for you – not the company – and exploit videos of instructors with interactive virtual-lab’s.

Think… If you’ve got a notebook PC you have the ability to learn in any location you choose. And 24×7 support is an online click away if you hit challenges.

All the lessons can be repeated at any time you need to brush up – memory is aided by repetition. And note-taking is a thing of the past – it’s already laid on for you.

Could it get any simpler: No wasted time or money, travelling is avoided; and you end up with a more comfortable study setting.

Considering the amount of options that are available, is it any wonder that the majority of trainees don’t really understand the best career path they will follow.

How can we possibly grasp the tasks faced daily in an IT career when we’ve never done it? Maybe we don’t know someone who works in that sector anyway.

To attack this, we need to discuss a number of unique issues:

* Your personality type plus what interests you – the sort of working tasks you love or hate.

* Do you want to obtain training for a specific reason – e.g. do you aim to work based at home (working for yourself?)?

* Does salary have a higher place on your priority-list than some other areas.

* Learning what the main job areas and sectors are – and what differentiates them.

* Having a serious look at the level of commitment, time and effort that you’re going to put into it.

When all is said and done, the best way of investigating all this is via a meeting with an advisor or professional who has enough background to provide solid advice.

Studying for IT Careers – News

Jason Kendall |

With an abundance of IT and computer courses to choose from, it’s best to take advice from a training company who can help you settle on one you’ll be happy with. Reputable organisations will familiarise you with the types of jobs that could be right for you, in advance of recommending a training path that can take you where you want to go.

Why not try user skills courses, or take a career track and specialise. Plain speaking courses will set you on the right track to achieve your goals.

Due to the vast number of well priced, user-friendly courses and support, we’re confident you’ll find something that should take you into the commercial world.

Have you recently questioned how safe your job is? For most of us, this isn’t an issue until something dramatic happens to shake us. But in today’s marketplace, the painful truth is that job security doesn’t really exist anymore, for the vast majority of people.

Of course, a marketplace with high growth, where staff are in constant demand (because of a growing shortfall of trained people), provides a market for proper job security.

The most recent United Kingdom e-Skills analysis showed that over 26 percent of all available IT positions cannot be filled due to a huge deficit of trained staff. Quite simply, we can’t properly place more than 3 out of every 4 jobs in the computer industry.

This troubling certainty reveals the requirement for more appropriately accredited computer professionals in the country.

In actuality, seeking in-depth commercial IT training during the next few years is almost definitely the greatest career choice you could ever make.

Incorporating exams upfront and offering an ‘Exam Guarantee’ is a popular marketing tool with a number of training colleges. However, let’s consider what’s really going on:

Everyone knows they’re still paying for it – it’s not so hard to see that it’s been inserted into the gross price invoiced by the training company. It’s definitely not free – and it’s insulting that we’re supposed to think it is!

The honest truth is that if students pay for each examination, at the time of taking them, they’ll be in a better position to pass every time – because they’re aware of their payment and therefore will put more effort into their preparation.

Find the best exam deal or offer available at the appropriate time, and hang on to your cash. You’ll then be able to select where you do your exams – which means you can stay local.

What’s the point in paying early for exams when there was no need to? Huge profits are secured by training companies charging upfront for all their exams – and then hoping that you won’t take them all.

It’s worth noting that exam re-takes with training companies who offer an ‘Exam Guarantee’ are tightly controlled. You will be required to do mock exams so you can prove to them you have a good chance of passing.

With average Prometric and VUE exams coming in at approximately 112 pounds in Great Britain, by far the best option is to pay for them as you take them. Not to fork out thousands extra in up-front costs. Study, commitment and preparing with good quality mock and practice exams is what will really guarantee success.

Don’t accept anything less than an accredited exam preparation programme included in your course.

Often students can find themselves confused by trying to prepare themselves with questions that aren’t recognised by the authorised examining boards. Often, the question formats and phraseology is unfamiliar and you should be prepared for this.

Be sure to have some simulated exam questions that will allow you to check your comprehension at all times. Simulations of exams add to your knowledge bank – then you won’t be quite so nervous at the actual exam.

Sometimes students presume that the state educational track is the right way even now. So why then are commercial certificates becoming more in demand?

Vendor-based training (to use industry-speak) is far more effective and specialised. The IT sector is aware that this level of specialised understanding is what’s needed to meet the requirements of a technologically complex marketplace. Adobe, Microsoft, CISCO and CompTIA are the big boys in this field.

Vendor training works through concentrating on the particular skills that are needed (together with an appropriate level of related knowledge,) rather than spending months and years on the background detail and ‘fluff’ that academic courses can get bogged down in – to pad out the syllabus.

Imagine if you were an employer – and you needed to take on someone with a very particular skill-set. Which is the most straightforward: Go through loads of academic qualifications from several applicants, trying to establish what they know and what vocational skills have been attained, or choose particular accreditations that perfectly fit your needs, and draw up from that who you want to speak to. The interview is then more about the person and how they’ll fit in – instead of long discussions on technical suitability.

Office Decor

Gail Jones |

It’s been at least a year now since you moved to your new work place and officially took over your new office. At first, you were busy decorating a new home and learning a new job, but now that you’re settled in you start noticing the same things that you noticed when you first arrived.

The walls are a bland, neutral colour and are looking decidedly depressing. The sun streaming in through the industrial quality blinds is barely enough to light a mouse hole and the furniture is just about as grotty and plain as it can get. You reckon that an acceptable amount of time has passed for you to start redecorating your office.

Of course, before you start it’s always a good idea to make certain that the powers that be don’t have a problem with your stylish redecorating plans. And remember that it is just an office and so you should treat your plans to redecorate as such.

Painting the walls a bright red colour possibly might not work. However, you could brighten things up a bit by repainting the walls a bright and airy colour that won’t upset anyone, least of all you. Then you could always take down those ancient blinds that have been hanging there since the early 1980’s and replace them with something more pleasing and modern.

On the other hand, if the whole of the office is decorated in the same style with the same blinds hanging on each window, your stylish changes might not go down too well with your co-workers. So, think twice before making drastic changes that alter the whole style and dynamic of the entire office.

There are, however, simpler methods you can use to carry out your office decorating project without too much hassle to you and which doesn’t necessarily take too much thought. You could brighten up any room by placing a pot or two of flowering plants here and there around your office.

However, if you’re like me and you don’t have green fingers or if you enforce suicide on any plants near you, then maybe you shouldn’t bother with plants. You could however bring in some bright pictures and hang them up on your walls. Or perhaps you have kids and they have painted some smashing pictures for you.

These work well too, and will show your colleagues a different side of your character. But, don’t get stressed out over anything though – you really don’t need a simple decorating job to add to the rest of your worries. Besides, an office decorating project should be fun and stress free.

Remember, your office decorating project need not mean your turning the whole office, or yourself, on its head. It should be something that you can live with on a daily basis.

After all, you’re at your office most of the day, so it should be a place where you can be just as relaxed as you are in your own home.

Hosted exchange has the Sharepoint Hosting option that has a number of benefits for businesses. These are the reasons why people in businesses would get a hosted exchange service for them. These features are helping businesses to go up to the ladder of success for some time.

Email notifications or alerts. This is the feature is basically an email, which is to be sent out to the team members when a new file has been uploaded to let them know of any changes occurring. The great thing about this way, is people who may beworking on this file will check it immediately especially if they need it for any important changes.

Calendar synchronization. This is a feature that would help every team member synchronize their calendars or tasks for completion. Because of this, people will be able meet their personal deadlines to keep up or if their bosses have set up a deadline for them.

Progress report and monitoring. The good thing about hosted exchange and its Sharepoint Hosting option is that it will be possible for the members to see and check on the members of their progress on a task. This will also let the managers check their team’s work and ask them if they are having any issues that may be slowing down their tasks to help them out.

Daily file back up. With this feature, team members will be able to save the files daily in order to serve as their back up. Now, they will be able to get the files for the coming days and can take comfort that they would still have the essential files needed for the business.

WAP compatible. Since being mobile is the most important thing for people now, Sharepoint hosting has now been developed in order to be accessed through mobile phones. This feature is very much functional for people as they can now view these files through their mobile phones.

Analysing The Victor Vs Victim Syndrome In Terms Of Learning And Life

Jason Kendall |

There are some people who seem to breeze through life, rejoicing from one triumph to the next. By contrast, there are others who never quite make it, and always have a reason why life has dealt them a hard blow. Society is made up of victors and victims, and the difference can very often be boiled down to one key factor – attitude.

It’s essential when moving into a new career direction to adopt the habits of the victor to achieve the right outcome. Victims attempt actions over-cautiously, hoping for good things, but never really feeling they’re worthy of great things. The victors mentally commit to a successful outcome, and support their actions with emotion.

Take two tennis players about to play for a championship. One says “It’s my last chance – I’ll give it my best shot,” but the other says “Winning is my destiny.” No prizes for guessing who’ll win the tournament. They may both put in the same hours, but the victor spends more time on his mental training to win.

The victor is defined by the word OAR – a figure paddling towards success. The victim is defined by the word BED – one who stays in bed and gives up. OAR = Ownership, Accountability and Responsibility. BED = Blame, Excuses and Denial.

The victor takes responsibility for his or her tasks, and doesn’t hope for someone else to lead the way. He’s accountable for his actions, so takes them seriously, and sees things through by tackling problems not creating them. He doesn’t take excuses from himself and is responsible for the outcome of his actions.

In the victim’s eyes, there’s always a reason why he’s not achieving, and it’s rarely to do with himself. It’s always someone else’s fault – he feels out of control so justifies it by blaming someone else. He makes excuses for his lack of performance, but the only person he’s convincing is himself. With this continual pattern of blame and excuses, the victim lives a life of complete denial, convinced that there’s absolutely nothing he can do about his situation.

To stack the odds in their favour, a mental work-out may be needed for some students approaching a life-changing training program. Anyone who’s a fully paid up member of the victim society must address their issues before they get going, to fully embrace the potential in front of them.

Attitudes (both good and bad) are just habits, and with constant repetition, habits can be altered. Pay attention to the voice inside your head – if it sounds like a victim, then stop it dead! Instead, mentally verbalise why you can be successful. No one is any better than you – it’s just that some people have fought their demons and emerged victorious.

As Churchill said, “There is no such thing as a hero, only those who rise to the occasion.” In learning as in life, we need to have the attitude of a winner in order to become a winner.

Considering Whether I Should Study IT

Jason Kendall |

Am I professing that IT training and careers within IT are the be-all and end-all of futures on this planet? God forbid, no. Where would we all be without the highly paid football stars who entertain us so well on a week by week basis? But there has to be a reason why increasing numbers of people are studying for careers within the IT industry.

A development I find interesting has been the increase in IT training amongst people who are seeking a career change or an enhancement to their existing skill sets. Reviewing this, I’m intrigued as to why IT continues to offer the attraction, and is this really a viable option?

Whilst we all acknowledge that in relationships, key elements and people themselves can change. At the age of 10, a boyfriend or girlfriend can be considered a cute thing, but it isn’t expected to last. At the age of 18-20, relationships are often less transient, but they also have a shorter lifespan than others later in life.

Equally our young people are asked to plan and make decisions about their working career quite early on in life, and yet historically there appears to be an inherent resistance to change as times progresses. If we accept that life changes, and we also accept that circumstances change, surely it’s prudent for us to accept that career paths should and could change?

The ongoing dependence of today’s society on IT, and factors related to IT, means that many people assume a career in this industry would be well paid and reliable, (based on simple economics of supply and demand). A lot see a direct correlation of how they utilise IT systems in a social environment (such as playing games and social interaction on the internet e.g. facebook etc.) and transfer that into a career. Could this genuinely lead to a career within IT, and what factors would be necessary for a successful career?

I would suggest that a key element in answering this is acknowledging that a career in IT is as dependent on factors such as an employer (or client base if self-employed,) and economic circumstances, as any other career path. There is, however considerable evidence to show that professional IT personnel can move between employers and industry sectors more freely, due to the great dependence on IT services across both geographic and industry models.

One of the key elements here is the term ‘Professional IT People’. Just as in any other industry, employers consistently seek human resources where skills can be proven by both experience and an approved benchmark. This applies whether that is a degree, or a recognised apprenticeship that leads to an industry standard qualification, such as plumber and electrician.

The IT industry is just the same. Many people have access to a computer at home, and can experience several factors of the IT industry in a refined environment. Yet this is in many cases vastly different from the skills and resources required in the commercial sector. We’d all agree, I’m sure, that spending four hours a night surfing the internet or playing games doesn’t make us a qualified webmaster or a qualified games designer.

Professional qualifications within the IT field such as MCSE or MCSA are immediately recognisable as an industry standard. Employers can rely upon the skills offered, and as such there is a reduced risk of breach of commercial insurance policies for work and services provided by such people, whether they are self-employed or directly employed.

Anyone seriously considering a future within this field must look at how best to position themselves to become attractive to an employer – and surely holding a professional qualification goes a long way towards this. As it’s the employer or client who pays the salary, we should at least be aware of what they’re looking for in recruitment or engagement.

Data exists in abundance to support the view that the growth in the IT sector is more resilient and faster than many other industry sectors. We’re experiencing a transitional shift in industry sectors, from the first world through to the third world. The rate at which many growing or ‘tiger’ economies are embracing and adapting to long standing IT systems is very fast indeed.

Within this article so far we’ve considered the trends, which along with the demise of traditional industry and therefore traditional expectancies of a job-for-life, there will be a growing propensity towards multiple jobs and career paths throughout our working life.

In addition, we’ve observed that as the IT industry provides both consistencies in supply and demand across industry sectors and across geographical boundaries, it remains consistently attractive. Current forecasts also predict the increasing reliance on both IT systems overall, and the professional people who develop, use and maintain those systems, as they remain integral to many organisations requirements long-term.

Expectations for salaries continue to be high within this field, and plenty of evidence suggests that this is achievable. However, it is worth noting that the top-people get paid the top-money in many other industries. It’s not good enough to simply ‘be there’ and does not guarantee the top-money.

We’ve also argued the case that employers view recruitment for IT skills as no different to any other facet of their business. They expect the individuals to formally demonstrate their skills and qualifications, in exactly the same way as they expect their accountants and electricians to be professionally qualified to do the work they’re employed to do.

I believe that there is considerable evidence to promote a career within the IT industry as a strong and viable option to many people within today’s economic and social climate. High salaries are definitely achievable. Yet it’s equally clear and, to be fair, common sense to expect to have to achieve a recognisable professional IT qualification to be able to clearly demonstrate one’s own ability, and at the very least the attitude that you are serious about this career path and that your prospective employer can rely on you in the commercial field.

3 Biggest Acai Berry Myths Exposed

Jeff Randall | October 29, 2009

The Acai Berry became popular because of the feature on The Oprah Winfrey show, and other shows followed. Her guest doctor, Dr. Oz, promoted the healthy nature of Acai, a fruit from the Acai palm tree in the Amazon forest. Oprah does not endorse an Acai product, but internet companies use her photo to promote their products. With such popularity, the Acai Berry became instantly profitable and is sold on the internet with dozens of different names. Many say it is the magic bullet for nearly many ailments from hair loss to curing cancer. Three of the most common stories are debunked as simply myths in this article.

Myth Number 1: The Acai Berry helps people lose weight. Acai is a fruit which is high in anti-oxidants that bind with free radicals. Free radicals do damage to cells in our bodies, so anti-oxidants are healthy. Also, Acai is rich in fatty acids and contains fiber, but neither causes your body to burn fat. Acai is promoted as a fat burning food, but how it this really works is explained nowhere.

The second myth is that the Acai Berry promotes muscle growth. Claims of guys getting ripped because of Acai are common. There are even stories of the Spartans in the movie 300 taking Acai to get their chiseled physiques. But one of the top fitness trainers in the world explains ‘all those Acai sites do is steal photos from other sites and put them on those blogs. Those sites are 100% lies. There’s not a word of truth on any of those sites’. The fact is the 300 were trained by Mark Twight and Acai was not part of the regimen. While Acai is nutritious, it contains nothing to increase muscle growth or improve definition.

Myth Number 3: Get free samples of Acai. Beware of the free trials, not free samples, of Acai offered on tens of thousands of internet sites. Read the small print since many feel this is a scam. The buyer pays for shipping and handling, about seven dollars, but gives the seller the credit card number. The small print says the free trial period is usually fourteen days and the credit card will be charged the full price of the product if not returned within this time. The full cost is usually forty dollars or more. Also, the credit card will be charged monthly afterwards and the product will be shipped automatically until cancelled.

While many myths about Acai are found online, this article addressed three of the most common myths. Many Acai internet sites have excellent sales pitches, but now you are equipped to read those websites and their stories with a critical eye.
